Healthcare Management Graduate Certificate

About

The Healthcare Management Graduate Certificate focuses on equipping students with an integrative approach to problem-solving. Managers and future leaders leave the program well prepared to appropriately assess, analyze and respond to everyday business challenges in healthcare. The diversity of clinical and professional student backgrounds, small class sizes and emphasis on team learning creates a unique and dynamic educational experience.

Structure

The Healthcare Management Graduate Certificate has flexible options that allow students to choose their start term (fall, spring or summer), the pace of the program, and three options for attending classes (in-person, in real-time online or by watching the recorded class session). Students can utilize all three options throughout the program based on the most convenient option for their schedule.

Classes are offered in a blend of weekend and evening formats.

Curriculum

The Healthcare Management Graduate Certificate requires 12-15 credit hours. The program combines powerful coursework on healthcare issues and applications for organizations with a sequence of classes designed to enhance your leadership capabilities and business knowledge.

Course Descriptions

Stackable Credentials

Students earn graduate credits that can be used toward an MBA during the graduate certificate programs. The certificates are also stackable, so students can start their studies with a certificate and finish with an MBA by completing two to three stackable certificates and any remaining required MBA courses.
