BW’s full-time MAEd in Mathematics Teaching and MAEd in Science Teaching programs are designed to meet the need for passionate, skilled mathematics and science teachers in Ohio. In just 12 months, students with bachelor’s degrees in mathematics, biology, chemistry, or a related scientific discipline can gain the preparation needed to become highly-effective math and science teachers for grades 7-12.
Building on recent funding from the Ohio Department of Higher Education under the Choose Ohio First STEM and Addressing the Educator Shortages grant programs, BW and Meteor Learning are adding additional scholarships that lower tuition to zero for a limited number of eligible students who enroll in BW’s graduate degree programs in math or science teaching for May 2023.
