Built for Organizations
Seeking Rapid Upskilling

The Bachelor of Applied Business program is specifically designed for employers, allowing them to attract new talent using an easy-to-deploy educational program while helping their workers finish their degrees.

Baldwin Wallace University has developed an innovative program delivery model where employees spend a portion of their workweek completing studies at scheduled times during their workday. A typical 75/25 ratio would mean that employees spend two hours each day focusing on academics, including virtual or in-person lectures from BW faculty, homework, or self-guided instruction with available support from BW staff.

Our employer-aligned approach creates rapid upskilling capability within organizations of all sizes and stands apart as one of the most innovative programs in the country, which is already attracting interest from top Ohio area employers. Employees who qualify for full financial aid frequently pay no out-of-pocket expenses—combined with the flexibility of completing courses during work hours, the program offers significant benefits for workers. Some companies may even opt to hire employees into the BAAB program, taking ownership of the available talent pipeline who can grow into larger roles.

“This program allows them to earn an income while furthering their education, but it also gives them the coaching and mentoring they need to succeed. It helps to solve a life-balance problem that prevents many young adults from ever earning a degree.”
